Welcome to Dobbs Training. We want your experience with us to be straightforward from the very beginning, so please take a moment to read the following information before enrolling.

01. Enrolment

Before enrolling, we'll discuss your chosen qualification and make sure it's suitable for your experience and current work activities.
Learners must have access to the appropriate workplace activities and evidence needed to demonstrate their competence

02. Payments

All course fees will be clearly explained before enrolment.

Where payment plans are available, the payment amounts and due dates will be agreed before the course begins.

03. Assessments

Our qualifications are assessed through workplace evidence and other appropriate assessment methods, which may include observations, professional discussions, questions and supporting documentation.

Assessment arrangements will depend on the qualification requirements and individual circumstances.

04. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are expected to provide genuine evidence of their own work, communicate with their assessor and make reasonable arrangements for assessments where required.

We will provide guidance throughout the process, but qualifications can only be awarded when all required standards have been met.

05. Course Duration

Completion times vary depending on the qualification, learner availability, workplace opportunities and the evidence required.

Any estimated completion time is a guide rather than a guaranteed deadline

06. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change.

If you need to cancel or postpone your qualification, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.

Any refunds will be handled in accordance with our published cancellation and refund policy and your statutory rights.

07. Certification

Certificates can only be requested once all qualification requirements have been successfully completed, internally quality assured and accepted by the awarding organisation where applicable.

08. Data Protection

We take the protection of your personal information seriously. Information provided during enrolment and assessment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
